Privacy notice

1. Who we are

This website belongs to ZEEE Green Business Consultancy (ZEEE Green), based in Santo Tomas, Batangas, Philippines. ZEEE Green is the personal information controller for the details described here, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules.

2. What we collect

When you book a screening. Bookings are made through Calendly, shown on our home page. Calendly collects your name and email address, the time you choose, and your answers to our booking questions: your role, company, property name, city or municipality, property type, approximate number of parking slots, whether you already know your obligations under the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA), how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to tell us.

If you reach the page through a link that carries campaign tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign), Calendly records those tags with your booking. They tell us which post or channel led you to us. They do not identify you on their own.

When you call or message us. Your phone number or LinkedIn profile, and what you tell us.

During the screening. Information about the property that you give us or that we check with you, such as the site, the parking, how long people stay, the likely demand and who controls the property, and the written result we prepare.

When you visit this website. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the address of the device that made the request, the browser type, the page asked for and the time. They are used to run and secure the site. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. To make the "Back to" button return you to the right place, the site keeps a small note in your own browser (session storage). It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

The booking calendar itself is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies inside the calendar. Calendly shows its own cookie settings there.

What we do not want. We do not need government ID numbers, health information or any other sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your booking answers.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To arrange and hold your screening, reply to you and prepare your written result. This is processing you ask for, so that we can provide the service you requested.
• To help you compare charging options with Providers. Only with your consent, given each time and for that purpose. Without it, nothing about you or your property goes to any Provider.
• To understand which channels bring bookings, from your "How did you hear about us?" answer and any campaign tags. This is our legitimate interest in running the business, and it does not override your rights.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as invoices and tax records for a paid advisory engagement. This is a legal obligation.

We do not use your details for marketing mailings, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

4. Who else sees it

We never sell your details. They are seen only by:

• People who work for ZEEE Green, and only where their work needs it. Anyone who does is bound by a written confidentiality obligation.
• Service providers who process it on our instructions: Calendly (bookings), Google (calendar and email), Hostinger (our business email), the video call service used for your screening meeting (named in your meeting invitation), the spreadsheet or customer records tool we keep bookings in, and our website hosting provider (server logs). They may use your details only to provide their service to us.
• A charging Provider, only if you say yes, each time, and only the details needed for that purpose.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Outside the Philippines. Calendly and Google store data on servers outside the Philippines, mainly in the United States. Hostinger, our business email provider, may also store data outside the Philippines. We remain responsible for your details when they are processed abroad, and we use providers that commit by contract to protect them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your details for two years after we last hear from you, then delete them or remove anything that identifies you. Records the law requires us to keep longer, such as tax records for a paid engagement, are kept for as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept and deleted on our hosting provider's own schedule.

6. How we protect it

Only the people who need your details can see them. Our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in, and we choose service providers with their own security commitments. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your details at real risk, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires, within 72 hours of learning of it.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be told how your details are used, which is what this notice is for;
• see the details we hold about you and get a copy;
• have wrong or incomplete details corrected;
• object to our use of them, and withdraw a consent you gave;
• have them deleted or blocked;
• receive them in a format you can take elsewhere;
• be compensated for damage caused by misuse of them; and
• complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

To use any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer (section 1). We reply within five business days, and act on a deletion request within five business days of confirming it is you.

8. Other websites and young people

Calendly, LinkedIn and any site we link to have their own privacy notices, which apply when you use them. Our service is for businesses and property owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
